Photoshop - In need of opinions!

Hey again!

I've been fiddling around with Photoshop and I need some opinions! I've got some experience with photoshop and don't consider myself a total newbie, but I'm definately not an expert either. As such, I need a few opinions on a watercolor photoshop effect I've been working on.

First the original picture:

I intentionally picked this picture because it's not a bland landscape or a simple still image and I wanted to see if the results translated correctly on such a picture.

Here is the result:

I, myself, am fairly happy with the results. But experience unfortunately taught me that I really do need other people to proof my work because my opinion is ever so slightly skewed.

So! Comment, criticize or shower me in endless compliments and words of adoration!

P.S.: The poll is still up!

Nice! Maybe making the face a bit more blur, and it will be perfect ^^
Very good for a beginning.

Pretty good for an intermediate attempt. I'm not to sure how I could suggest help with this area of photoshop, maybe look at a few tutorials and adopt some segments of the tutorial without following word for word?

Her torso definatly looks water based and as if it is moving, the water around her actually looks like its coming off her in orbs, looks great

Pretty cool, you're a good graphic designer, used to make a tutorial on photoshop but I would be able to do something like this in photoshop: D
